- Hydrate More - Hydration is always important, but even more so when the temps get hotter. Try to drink 30-50% more than you would on a cool weather ride.
- Electrolytes - Replacing electrolytes is crucial on warmer days. Products like Fizz or Enduroltytes Extreme from Hammer Nutrition will help offset the loss of electrolytes and help prevent cramping.
